ANALYZING AND EVALUATING CANDIDATES

We evaluate the candidates that show an interest in the position to be filled and we recommend the best applicants to the client. To do so, telephone interviews are carried out with potential candidates, and based on client expectations, we may also interview these clients in person. We offer, as needed, a psychometric test. We also carry out the reference checks and criminal record check for the selected applicant.
