HR Manager

Our client, an international web marketing agency specializing in the monetization of internet traffic and operating an advertising network generating daily sales in more than 200 countries and positioning itself among the leaders in its sector of activity is currently looking for a human resources manager.

Nature of position

Reporting to the Chief of Operations, your main mandate will be to provide a human resources service oriented towards improving performance and achieving corporate objectives. In addition, you will be responsible for strengthening the organization through the development of employees, structures and procedures, practices and company culture. In collaboration with the various stakeholders of the company, you will develop a culture of excellence in order to support the needs of the company and you will provide strategic direction and leadership for all matters relating to human resources, recruitment, organizational development. , employer brand and training. As such, you will see:

  • Ensure the governance of the teams and the following operations: HR, recruitment, organizational development, employer brand and training;
  • Define and maintain the orientations as well as the strategic objectives of the HR department for the future while ensuring best practices;
  • Promote a culture of performance focused on developing skills and achieving goals;
  • Act as an executive business partner, participate in changes and contribute to the growth of the company. Analyze and present key indicators;
  • Advise and align managers at all levels;
  • Supervise the direction of the development of organizational skills and the evolution of training tools;
  • Contribute to various strategic projects such as organizational agility, operational efficiency and compensation programs, while ensuring the competitiveness of the organization in this area;
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the retention of qualified personnel and promote the best possible employee experience;
  • Collaborate in maintaining and increasing employee satisfaction;
  • Participate and ensure compliance with budgets related to human resources management;
  • Coordinate the management of sensitive files and disciplinary actions;
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities related to this position.

Required qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, business administration or other relevant training;
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a management position;
  • Know and have experienced different stages of HR maturity within a company;
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the various HR functions;
  • Have experience in a relevant business area such as marketing, technology, digital, software or other;
  • Have experience in a large or growing company, in a performance management context;
  • Be able to make relevant use of both emotional intelligence and business skills;
  • Good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
