Providing Applications and Interviews
Presenting a candidate short list to you so that your team can interview the selected applicant(s). The process moves on to the next step with the applicant(s) you choose.

References, Verification of Degrees and Knowledge, Criminal Record Check, Psychometric Testing, and Credit Check
Reference checks and criminal record check. We can also administer a personality test (Psychometrics Canada) for the final candidates. If needed, a credit check will also be conducted, as well as verification of degrees.

Negotiation and Hiring
Work with the client on the job offer and on negotiating the conditions of employment for the selected applicant. Our role is to offer advice and facilitate the discussion so that the two parties can reach an agreement.
