The Main Steps in Your Recruitment Process

  • Applications are reviewed in collaboration with the manager.
  • A first interview takes place, remotely or in person.
  • A second interview may follow, generally in person.
  • Depending on the position, practical tests may be offered.
  • For certain management positions, a psychometric assessment is added.
  • Pre-employment checks are conducted (references, background checks, diplomas).
  • If your application is successful, you first receive a verbal offer, followed by a formal offer letter with a summary of benefits.
