The Main Steps in Your Recruitment Process

- Applications are reviewed in collaboration with the manager.
- A first interview takes place, remotely or in person.
- A second interview may follow, generally in person.
- Depending on the position, practical tests may be offered.
- For certain management positions, a psychometric assessment is added.
- Pre-employment checks are conducted (references, background checks, diplomas).
- If your application is successful, you first receive a verbal offer, followed by a formal offer letter with a summary of benefits.
