Our client, a firm offering a world-class solution to support businesses in their planning, organization, and control of inventories, purchasing, and maintenance of strategic assets—such as production equipment, vehicles, real estate assets, buildings, biomedical equipment, and IT infrastructures—is currently seeking an Implementation Consultant.

Nature of position

Reporting to company management, your main mandate will be to carry out projects related to the implementation and integration of CMMS software for clients. You will also be responsible for needs analysis, user training, software configuration, preparation of course outlines, as well as creating training and implementation guides. Finally, you will play a key role in communication between the various stakeholders involved in the project to ensure the success of the implementation and training. In this role, you will:

  • Gather and analyze client requirements during solution setup;
  • Participate in the deployment and implementation of computerized maintenance management;
  • Advise clients on CMMS software implementation, explain the full range of functionalities, and support them in configuration and commissioning while ensuring compliance with company quality standards; • Provide follow-up with clients;
  • Provide follow-up with clients;
  • Draft reports and meeting notes;
  • Prepare training documents and implementation guides for clients;
  • Participate in project planning;
  • Ensure successful software implementation while meeting deadlines and staying within budget;
  • Contribute to improving quality standards by sharing in-depth knowledge;
  • Support the sales department by contributing to client proposals and conducting software demonstrations as a subject-matter expert;
  • Review processes and optimize the implementation of the CMMS software for clients;
  • Provide support to the customer service department and, if needed, respond to service calls;
  • Oversee the execution of all stages of a project's lifecycle and ensure the achievement of objectives in terms of deadlines, scope, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.;
  • Perform any other duties consistent with your role.

Required qualification

  • Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or a combination of education in a relevant field;
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management best practices and experience with the use or implementation of CMMS/ERP software;
  • Bilingualism in French and English (fluency in English is essential for this role, as it facilitates communication with local and international clients);
  • Knowledge of maintenance management in sectors such as municipal, industrial, property management, vehicle fleets, etc.;
  • Availability for client travel;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
