  • Attract top talent for each open position using a variety of recruitment strategies;
  • Review applications and conduct phone screenings with selected candidates;
  • Schedule interviews between hiring managers and selected candidates;
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience by responding to questions and giving timely updates on interview status;
  • Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates;
  • Source candidates for more complex roles and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
  • Represent the company at job fairs and corporate events, and recommend recruitment events suited to the company's needs;
  • Research the best job boards based on current hiring needs;
  • Maintain relationships with various recruitment agencies and collaborate to fill the most challenging roles;
  • Create visuals for recruitment purposes (e.g., “We're Hiring” images for social media, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Be responsible for collecting onboarding documents;
  • Work with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment practices;
  • Perform any other duties related to your role.

Required qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (fluency in English is essential for effective collaboration with teams and candidates);
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment;
  • Experience in high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environments;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team; motivated and creative;
