Our Recruitment Process

Our structured recruitment approach is based on a proven, thorough process.

  • Needs Analysis and Determining Terms 

    Assessing the client's needs and the key criteria for the position. It is essential that we be on the same page (our client and us) regarding the expectations for the position to be filled and the desired candidate profile.

  • Establishing the Search Strategy

    Implementing the search strategy that best suits the position to be filled. Here, we determine the recruitment methods that will be most effective based on the job opening.

  • Active Search and Preselection

    Looking for potential candidates. Using active search methods in order to achieve this. Thoroughly assessing each of the potential candidates.

  • Providing Applications and Interviews

    Presenting a candidate short list to you so that your team can interview the selected applicant(s). The process moves on to the next step with the applicant(s) you choose.

  • References, Verification of Degrees and Knowledge, Criminal Record Check, Psychometric Testing, and Credit Check

    Reference checks and criminal record check. We can also administer a personality test (Psychometrics Canada) for the final candidates. If needed, a credit check will also be conducted, as well as verification of degrees.

  • Negotiation and Hiring

    Work with the client on the job offer and on negotiating the conditions of employment for the selected applicant. Our role is to offer advice and facilitate the discussion so that the two parties can reach an agreement.
