A company that specializes in the recruitment of human resources (managers, engineers, technical managers, engineering technology, information technology, sales representatives, procurement, and technical trades) as well as career management is currently looking for their offices in Québec for a Recruitement and administrative assistant.
Nature of position
Under the supervision of the company management and in collaboration with the recruitment team, you will be responsible for administrative support for all of the company's activities in addition to supporting the team in carrying out recruitment mandates. . As such you will :
- Handling incoming calls and direct the customers to the right resource ;
- Inform the candidates regarding the services offered by the agency ;
- Write down the emails and administrative writings to the candidates and the companies ;
- Participate in the search for candidates on the LinkedIn networking platform ;
- Perform the employment references of the potentials candidates and write a report for the clients ;
- Search for criminal records in Quebec using the SOQUIJ tool ;
- Write and translate articles to share on our blog and our social networks ;
- Post and diffuse the company's job vacancies on various posting social media ;
- Approve, review and format job offers published on one of our posting sites ;
- Support the team in different tasks related to recruitment ;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the platform and internal websites ;
- Participate in special projects ;
- Perform every other task compatible with your functions.
- DEC or DEP in office, secretariat or administration ;
- Good proficiency in French and English, written and spoken
- Excellent knowledges of the softwares and Microsoft Office suite.
