Implementation Advisor

Our client, a firm offering a world-class solution to support companies in their planning, organization and inventory control activities, purchasing and maintenance of strategic assets, such as production equipment, vehicles, real estate assets, buildings, biomedical equipment and IT parks is currently looking for an implementation advisor.

Nature of position

Under the supervision of the company's management, your main mandate will be to complete projects related to the implementation and integration of CMMS software with clients. In addition, you will be responsible for needs analysis, user training, software configuration, preparation of course synopses, as well as the creation of training and implementation guides. Finally, you will have to act as a key player in communication between the various stakeholders involved in the project in order to ensure the success of the implementation and training. As such you will see to:

  • Collect and analyze customer requirements when implementing the solution;
  • Participate in the deployment and implementation of computer-assisted maintenance management;
  • Advise the client in the implementation of the CMMS software, explain all the functionalities offered and support them in the configuration and commissioning while respecting the company's quality standards;
  • Ensure follow-up with customers;
  • Write reports and reports;
  • Prepare educational documents relating to training and implementation guides for customers;
  • Participate in the organization of the project plan;
  • Ensure the successful implementation of the software while respecting deadlines and the allocated budget;
  • Contribute to improving quality standards by sharing in-depth knowledge;
  • Support the sales department by participating in the development of proposals for potential customers and performing software demonstrations as an expert;
  • Provide support to the customer service department and may be required to respond to service calls;
  • Perform any other tasks compatible with your duties.

Required qualification

  • Baccalaureate, college studies or combination of training in a relevant discipline;
  • Master good practices in maintenance management and experience with the use or implementation of CMMS/ERP software;
  • Functional bilingualism (French and English spoken and written);
  • Knowledge of maintenance management in the municipal, industrial, building management, vehicle fleets, etc. fields. ;
  • Be available for travel to clients (150 km radius from Quebec);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work simultaneously on several projects and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information;
  • Courteous and professional ability.
