Our client, a company offering a cloud computing technology of collect and data management, destined mainly for the gambling sector, and counting on an international clientele, is currently looking to continue his grow, for a technical support specialist (level 1).
Nature of position
Under the supervision of the program director – customer support and service, you will have as main mandate to identifie required solutions to solve the customers technical support demand, to find adaptables solutions at the repetitive tasks and create tools in order to help your team to offers a world class customer service. As such, you will :
- Help the customers by giving them answers to the issues they could be confronted in their daily routine ;
- Learn the running of the differents products and applications (internet of things and others) ;
- Contribute to the construction of a base of knowledges which will be use by a worldwide customer base ;
- Participate at the continuous improvement of the service department, the products and the differents applications ;
- Perform every other task with your functions.
- DEP in computer support or any other training or relevant experience ;
- Having really good command in problems solving ;
- Understand the software and materials technologies ;
- Show empathy, having a really good listening and a lot of tact ;
- Having excellent skills in communication written and spoken, in french and english and if you speak spanish, it will be a major asset ;
- Be able to work under pression in a complex, fast and dynamic environment ;
- Show minimum knowledges in base programming (asset).
